1. Prohibited Conduct

Abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following conduct:

  • Unauthorized access attempts, privilege escalation, or credential misuse.
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, phishing content, or harmful payloads.
  • Fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, or deceptive business activity.
  • Harassment, threats, hate content, or abusive communications.
  • Intellectual property infringement or unlawful use of proprietary material.
  • Disruption of service availability, integrity, confidentiality, or performance.

2. Reporting Abuse

If you believe our infrastructure, branding, or services are being misused, please provide a prompt report with enough detail for investigation. Helpful information may include message headers, timestamps, URLs, account identifiers, screenshots, and a concise description of the activity observed.

3. Investigation Process

We review abuse reports based on severity, credibility, and available evidence. Our response may include internal analysis, temporary containment, access restrictions, forensic review, and coordination with service providers, advisers, or authorities where appropriate.

4. Enforcement Actions

Where abuse is confirmed or reasonably suspected, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate access to services, communications, or accounts.
  • Block content, IP addresses, messages, or infrastructure pathways.
  • Preserve logs and evidence for compliance or legal purposes.
  • Notify affected parties, vendors, regulators, or law enforcement when justified.

5. False, Malicious, or Frivolous Reports

Submitting intentionally false, malicious, or bad-faith abuse reports may itself constitute a policy violation and may result in restricted access, termination of engagement, or other appropriate action.
