Trademark Policy

1. Covered Marks

This Policy applies to the eSetu name, logos, product or service names, taglines, icons, stylized brand assets, trade dress, and any other names or visuals that identify eSetu as the source of goods, services, research, or communications.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in eSetu trademarks and related brand assets remain the exclusive property of eSetu or its licensors. Nothing in this Policy grants any ownership interest, implied license, or continuing right of use except where eSetu has given explicit written permission.

3. Permitted Referential Use

You may use eSetu trademarks only in a truthful, limited, and non-misleading referential manner when necessary to identify eSetu or its offerings, provided that such use does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, certification, or partnership without written authorization.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited unless approved in writing:

• Using eSetu logos, icons, or brand assets in marketing, ads, domains, or social handles.
• Modifying, distorting, recoloring, or recreating eSetu brand elements.
• Using eSetu marks in a way that suggests endorsement, joint venture, or official status.
• Registering names, domains, or identifiers confusingly similar to eSetu marks.
• Using eSetu marks in defamatory, unlawful, deceptive, or competitive contexts.

5. Brand Integrity Standards

Approved uses must preserve brand integrity, including accurate spelling, appropriate spacing, and clear visual presentation. eSetu may require review of samples, mockups, digital placements, or materials before or after approval.

6. Reservation of Rights

eSetu reserves the right to object to, restrict, or revoke any use of its trademarks where it believes such use may create confusion, dilute the brand, damage reputation, infringe rights, or otherwise conflict with business or legal interests.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Unauthorized trademark use may result in requests to cease use, takedown notices, suspension of business engagement, or further legal action where appropriate. If you become aware of suspected misuse, please report it to us with supporting details.
