eSetu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. prohibits spam, deceptive messaging, unauthorized campaigns, and any misuse of its domains, systems, forms, or communication channels. We are committed to lawful, transparent, and professional outreach standards.
For purposes of this Policy, "spam" includes unsolicited, irrelevant, excessive, deceptive, or unauthorized electronic communications, including bulk email, fraudulent outreach, phishing, and automated messages sent without a valid legal or business basis.
eSetu expects all business communications associated with its operations to be based on consent, legitimate business engagement, prior relationship, or another valid basis permitted by applicable law. We do not support purchased lists, scraped addresses, or unclear consent mechanisms.
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Business communications should accurately identify the sender, clearly state the nature of the message when required, and include a practical mechanism for recipients to opt out of future non-essential communications.
We may monitor reports, logs, and security signals relating to abuse of our domains or systems. Where misuse is identified, we may suspend communications, block infrastructure access, remove content, terminate services, and escalate to law enforcement or regulators when appropriate.
Users, vendors, partners, and any party communicating on behalf of eSetu are expected to comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer-protection laws in the jurisdictions relevant to the communication.
If you receive a message that appears to misuse eSetu branding, domains, or infrastructure, please report it to us with relevant headers, timestamps, screenshots, and other available evidence so our team can investigate promptly.
